CTCAE plus helps to browse Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) v5.0 in addition to v4.03 and v3.0. Upgrade to PREMIUM provides the features of data sharing and data conversion between different versions of CTCAE.
Add multiple tags to a single adverse event in each CTCAE version.
Remove a tag by tapping its x button.
A severity grading can be assigned to each tagged AE.
Find differences between two versions with text highlighted. Turn the highlighting on/off by tapping a plus/minus button. Term Mapping Information can be displayed as necessary.
Review the tagged AE items in a window. Providing grade scores can be available at once. Then, print and export the reviewed items.
Report the tagged items by AirPrint and PDF export. Tap the 'Print / Export' button on the bottom of the 'Review' window. PDF export can be available by pressing firmly or a pinch-out gesture on the print preview
The tags containing separator(s) (@ or/and #) can be bundled with the string before the separator. Tap a tile icon to open the Tile Chart window to review the tag-bundled events.
Create AE info events in Calendar.app.
Archive and restore Flags and Tags with AE scores. [iOS Only] iCloud Sync helps to backup your archival data, copy it between devices, and restore it.
Search and highlight a phrase across terms, grades, and definitions. [Premium Only] AND search / OR search results are shown with 6-color highlight.
Toggle a flag on and off by pulling on a listed adverse event to the right as well as by tapping on the flag. [Premium Only] Based on Term Mapping information, Flags can be taken over from one CTCAE version to another seamlessly.

You can disable/enable 'iCloud Sync' in the 'Settings' tab.
Uninstall CTCAE plus and CTCAE 5.0 will delete the stored data.
